WE NEED HELP GETTING BACK ON OUR FEET PLEASE!!!!!!

I lost my job last year. I lost the home we had and move in with my sister hoping that together that we could get back on our feet together. My sister fell last year and broke every bone in her foot so as you see things have not gone as well as we had hoped. We are three months behined on the rent,about $2000,and $1800 on the electric bill. I'm looking for a job but not much around here. My sister found a job,but I've had no luck so far. She is paying everything she gets to the landlord,but that only keeps us from getting further behind on the rent. So the electric bill gets further behind. We are not looking for a hand out,but a HAND UP! If anyone can help we would greatly appreciated My daughter has joined the Navy and leaves in Sept. and I don'thave the money to buy the things she need to go.
